  非船(chuan)產業(ye)(ye)發(fa)展勢頭強勁。中船(chuan)重工(gong)堅持(chi)有(you)限、相(xiang)關、多元發(fa)展,堅持(chi)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)發(fa)展與區域經(jing)濟(ji)發(fa)展相(xiang)結合,加快科(ke)技成(cheng)果轉(zhuan)化步伐,搶先進軍具有(you)戰(zhan)略(lve)性(xing)、前瞻性(xing)、高成(cheng)長性(xing)的新興領域,成(cheng)功開發(fa)了一批(pi)具有(you)首創性(xing)、處(chu)于領先地位的高端產品。其中,風(feng)電產業(ye)(ye)從零部件、配套到整機組裝,再到風(feng)場(chang)基地建設,成(cheng)功打造了國內最完整的風(feng)電產業(ye)(ye)鏈;國內首臺套大型樞(shu)紐機場(chang)行(xing)李處(chu)理系統(tong)以(yi)及弱(ruo)電系統(tong)、信息系統(tong)交付使用(yong);污(wu)水處(chu)理核心設備曝氣鼓風(feng)機研制成(cheng)功并(bing)實現替代進口;分(fen)布式能(neng)源、生態清淤節能(neng)環保(bao)產品已形成(cheng)品牌并(bing)占據行(xing)業(ye)(ye)領先地位。


  目前(qian),中船(chuan)重工已在(zai)能源裝(zhuang)備、交通運(yun)輸、電(dian)子信(xin)息、特(te)種裝(zhuang)備、物資貿易(yi)等(deng)五大領域形成了一批處(chu)于領先(xian)地位的品牌產(chan)品,2011年實現非船(chuan)經濟總量746億元,是2001年的15倍(bei)。


  防范風險保(bao)障發(fa)展


  居安思危(wei),面對全球船舶制(zhi)造(zao)業(ye)的起(qi)伏波動,切實(shi)有(you)效的風(feng)險控制(zhi)措施助力中船重(zhong)工穩(wen)健前(qian)行(xing)


  船(chuan)舶是(shi)典型的大(da)宗(zong)商品,有(you)些(xie)單船(chuan)價(jia)格甚至(zhi)超過1億美元(yuan),加(jia)上直(zhi)接(jie)受國際經濟貿易影響,蘊(yun)含的風險(xian)因(yin)素(su)不容小視(shi),風險(xian)防范至(zhi)關(guan)重要。中船(chuan)重工總經理李(li)長印提出,經營(ying)(ying)企業就是(shi)經營(ying)(ying)風險(xian),控制風險(xian)最好的辦法就是(shi)科學發展。


  根據英國(guo)克(ke)拉克(ke)松公司的數據,從2003年(nian)(nian)開(kai)始(shi)國(guo)際造船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)市場(chang)掀起了(le)一輪高峰,此(ci)后的6年(nian)(nian)間,有5年(nian)(nian)新(xin)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)成交均(jun)超過1億噸(dun),2007年(nian)(nian)更是創紀錄地達到2.7億噸(dun),船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)企面臨(lin)訂單“排隊加塞”的火爆現象。中船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)重(zhong)工(gong)保持清醒頭(tou)腦,于2004年(nian)(nian)成立(li)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)經營風(feng)險控(kong)制領導小組及辦公室,建立(li)了(le)一整套風(feng)險控(kong)制措施,加強船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)合同(tong)(tong)審查(cha)和規范管理,努力把風(feng)險因素降到最(zui)低(di)。中船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)重(zhong)工(gong)還(huan)開(kai)創了(le)國(guo)內造船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)與鋼(gang)鐵(tie)企業聯(lian)姻的先河(he)。2004年(nian)(nian)11月,大(da)連船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)重(zhong)工(gong)與鞍鋼(gang)集團公司共同(tong)(tong)出(chu)資(zi)組建大(da)連鋼(gang)材加工(gong)配(pei)送有限(xian)公司,有效保障鋼(gang)材供應。正是這些戰略(lve)性舉(ju)措,奠定了(le)中船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)重(zhong)工(gong)應對造船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)業繁榮之后大(da)幅回落(luo)局(ju)面的堅(jian)實基(ji)礎。
